Who is MRCA?
My name is Christopher and I am teaching myself how to fly remote control model aircraft proficiently. Flying model aircraft has always been a strong desire but not feasible until my current middle aged life chapter. Having no simple instruction how to fly, I am starting from scratch with model aircraft.
My write ups and videos document my learning process striving to learn basic pattern flying to mild 3D maneuvers, plane builds, mechanical adjustments, via step by step attempts, sharing lessons learned with other fellow remote control model aircraft enthusiasts.
MRCA Pillars
Having raced remote control cars since the late 1980s, mindset is everything and not forgetting why we love this hobby has always stuck with me.
#1 priority regardless - having fun! We love this hobby for a reason!
I believe I can learn to fly proficiently and so can you!
My Promise is to fly as often as I can via the airfield and simulator to keep improving and sharing with you keeping motivation high!
Thank you
Thanks for stopping by and following along on my aviation journey. I have created learning aids for myself and you documenting progress. Reflecting on how far one has progressed is just as important striving for the next goal.
Cheers,
Christopher Catalano
